Papst Johannes XXII. providiert Rudolf de Curia für die Vicaria der Kirche in Sursee1, unbeschadet der Provisio für ein Benefizium, dessen Besetzung dem Kloster St. Gallen zusteht (. . . quod alias tibi de beneficio ecclesiastico cum cura vel sine cura spectante ad collationem provisionem presentationem seu quamvis aliam dispositionem dilectorum filiorum . . abbatis et conventus monasterii sancti Galli ordinis sancti Benedicti dicte diocesis per nostras certi tenoris litteras2 mandavimus provideri . . .).
