Der Ammann des Propstes Rudolf von Wartensee des Chorherrenstifts Grossmünster Zürich (. . . des erwirdigen herren hern Růd. von Wartinse probstes2 . . .) beurkundet, dass die Güter Burkhard Lindmagers des Jüngeren wegen Nichterfüllens einer Zinsabmachung gerichtlich dem Kaplan des Marienaltars in der Wasserkirche Zürich zugesprochen worden seien.
