Papst Clemens VI. beauftragt den Abt der Reichenau1, den Leutpriester des Chorherrenstifts St. Stephan in Konstanz2 und den Konstanzer Domherrn Otto von Rheineck (. . . Octoni de Rineke3 canonico ecclesie Constanciensis . . .), die Kirche Oberiflingen4 bei Vakanz an Werner Steiler, Kleriker des Bistums Lausanne5, zu übertragen.
