Petr Cvališův z Drahenic, veřejný notář, zlistiňuje, že Petr z Chrudimi, oltářník sv. Jakuba v pražském kostele a farář v Kojetíně, daruje oltáři sv. Bernarda a Apolináře v pražském kostele, jím zřízenému, statky ve vsi Blahotice a roční plat 4 kop 12 gr. a 9. den. ve Vlčnově s ustanovením, aby patronátní právo tohoto oltáře náleželo po jeho smrti pražské kapitule.a) b)
