      a) Datum uvedeno v nadpise nad textem listiny: Ex bulla aurea ... Caroli IV. ...sub dato Pragae anno domini MCCCLVIII indictione tertia idus Maii. Vzhledem ke shodnému znění jde patrně o opis Karlova privilegia pro vyšehradský kostel z 13. května 1356, zpečetěného zlatou bulou (originál je chován v archivu vyšehradské kapituly), s nesprávně opsanou datovací formulí. Srv. Reg. VI, str. 188 a n. č. 351.
