Martinus episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis abbati et conuentui monasterii de Altovado Cisterciensis ordinis Pragensis diocesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum a nobis petitur, quod iustum est et honestum, tam uigor equitatis quam ordo exigit rationis, ut id per sollicitudinem officii nostri ad debitum perducatur effectum. Eapropter dilecti in domiuo filii uestris iustis postulationibus grato concurrentes assensu omnes libertates et immunitates a predecessoribus nostris Romanis pontificibus siue per priuilegia seu alias indulgentias monasterio uestro et uobis concessas nec non libertates et exemptiones secularium exactionum a regibus et principibus ac aliis Christi fidelibus rationabiliter uobis indultas, sicut eas iuste ac pacifice obtinetis, uobis et per uos eidem monasterio auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmationis infringere, uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum apud Vrbemueterem xiij. Kl. Septembris. Pontificatus nostri anno primo.
