Nos Thobias dei gratia Pragensis episcopus notum esse volumus omnibus presentes litteras inspecturis, quod nos vilitatibus monasterii de Altovado ordinis Cisterciensis nostre dyocesis intendere cupientes plebem, que ad ecclesiam de Borsow spectabat, in qua predictum monasterium pro suo commodo grandiam*) edificare proponit, ad ipsius monasterii abbatis instanciam ecclesie parrochiali in Wiest pleno iure subicimus presencium per tenorem, volentes ut eadem plebs apud predictam parrochiam de Wiest recipere debeat quelibet ecclesiastica sacramenta ac plebano, qui ad presens est vel fuerit in futurum, tamquam suo vero pastori in quibuslibet iuribus parrochialibus teneantur sine reffragacione qualibet respondere. In cuius rei testimonium presens scriptum fieri et sigilli nostri munimine fecimus communiri. Datum Prage anno domini Mo CCo lxxxxo xvi. Kalendas Decembris, pontificatus vero nostri anno duodecimo, indictionis tercie.
