    Th. dei gratia Olomucensis episcopus vniuersis Christi fidelibus, ad quos presentes pervenerint, salutem in domino Jesu Christo. - Quia nichil viriditatis habet ramus boni operis, nisi manserit in radice karitatis, deuocionem vniuersitatis vestre hortamur in domino flagitantes, quatenus ad monasterium sanete Marie genitricis dei in Altovado Pragensis diocesis ob amorem Jesu Christi de bonis a deo vobis collatis pias dignemini elemosinas erogare, vitam eternam transitoriis mercaturi. Nos enim de omnipotentis dei misericordia et dilectissime matris eius confisi patrocinio omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis, qui ad predictum monasterium manus porrexerint adiutrices, et qui ad ipsum monasterium causa deuocionis accesserint, suorum peccatorum veniam petituri, xl dies de iniuncta penitentia misericorditer in domino relaxamus, presentibus perpetue valituris. - Datum in Praga anno domini Mo CCo nonagesimo tercio in die sancti Viti.
