    Nicolaas dei gratia electus et prouisus archiepiscopus ecclesie Pragensis uecnon sacrosancte generalis sinodi Basiliensis in spiritu sancto legittime congregate vniuersalem ecclesiam representantis per regnum Boemie ac marchionatum Morauie legatus vniuersis et singulis presentes litteras inspecturis, habentes specialiter potestatem ad infrascripta salutem in omni gratiarum largitore. Cum deuotio fidelium semper debeat augmentari, per ipsam enim peruenitur ad sidereas mansiones, nos inclinati precibus venerabilis domini Sigismundi abbatis prioris ac fratrum cenobii Altouadensis habentes etiam auctoritatem sacri concilii prefati, cuius legacionis officio fungimur in hac parte, confisi de misericordia domini nostri Jesu Christi et gloriosissime virginis matris ac beatorum apostolorum Petri et Pauli necnon Marie Magdalene et omnium sanctorum vere penitentibus luminaria capelle beate Marie Magdalene predicte in Altouado site visitantibus et pro reparacione eiusdem capelle manus porrigentibus adiutrices, vnum annum de iniuncta eis penitencia auctoritate legacionis predicte misericorditer in domino relaxamus. In cuius rei testimonium presentem paginam sigilli nostri munimine fecimus roborari. Datum in Altouado nostre Pragensis diocesis quinta die post festum Bartholomei ana» Mo CCCo 41°. Pontificatus domini nostri domini Ffelicis pape quinti anno secundo, nostro maiori sub sigillo.
