28. září 1441, Brno
Klášter sv. Tomáše propůjčuje Protivcovi z Pavlovic prázdný málkovský rybník, aby jej osadil, prvních šest let jej bezplatně užíval, potom polovinu užitku dával klášteru, a po smrti Protivcově, aby rybník opět připadl klášteru.
