Abstract
27. březen 1338, Brno
Karel, markrabě moravský, potvrzuje velehradskému klášteru listinu z 27. listopadu 1228 (A2+). Ustanovuje, že si nikdo nesmí osvojovat fojtství nad klášterem a dovoluje klášteru vykonávat na klášterních statcích soudní moc nad zločinci, pokud by nešlo o osoby šlechtického nebo vladyckého stavu.
