Ondřej (Pisciculus), kanovník, vikář a oficiál olomouckého biskupského dvora ustanovuje na presentaci žďárského kláštera plebánem farního kostela sv. Václava ve Svratce Zikmunda z Roudnice, kněze pražského kostela.
