Hartléb (z Popovic), komorník moravský a purkrabí na Veveří, prohlašuje, že mezi oslavanským klášterem a Alšem, panošem Oldřicha z Drnholce, purkrabího znojemského, byla uzavřena smlouva o ves Martinice.
