Jan řečený Leksi, sedlák z Husovic a jeho žena Kateřina prodávají pro dosti vážnou nezbytnost klášteru cisterciaček na Starém Brně za 5 hřiven gr. peněz plat půl hřivny gr. peněz na svém dvoře a vinohradu mezi (majetkem) Křišťana Schachla a Pavla Tenka. Vyhrazují si právo zpětného kupu.
