13. říjen 1495, Olomouc
Konrád Althaymer, děkan, a Jan z Jemnice, arciděkan, kanovníci,administrátoři biskupství olomouckého sede vacante, ustanovují na presentaci kláštera cisterciaček na Starém Brně Jana ze Schomberka, kněze olomoucké diecése, ke kostelu Panny Marie v Uničově, uprázdněném smrtí Jana Lankaše (Lanckas).
