29. září 1512, Staré Brno
Jan Tetauer, sídlící na Starém Brně, a jeho manželka Anna prodávají pro pilnou potřebu ze 5 zl. Janovi, oltářníkovi oltáře sv. Kříže v klášteře Králové na Starém Brně půl zl. na svém domě na Starém Brně mezi (majetky) Laudama a Matyáše Lagrara a na čtvrti vinice v Rybníku mezi (majetky) Jana Czudrbudra a Jana bednáře. Vyhrazují si právo zpětné koupě.
