    Na rubu listiny vlastnoruční přípis Zdeňka Popela z Lobkovic ze 13. dubna 1606, podle něhož mají kartuziáni nahradit nedoplatek taxy modlitbami a mšemi za Zdeňka i jeho manželku Polyxenu, také za tím účelem, aby dostali potomstvo.
