Král Vladislav udílí Václavovi Berkovi z Dubé na Šternberce na jeho žádost a pro jeho služby opravu nad Dolany, Tovéří, Moravičany a Palonínem. Zmíněný klášter a lidé v uvedených vsích neuznávali opravu pana Berky, protože v deskách byla zapsána jen obrana a poprava, nad jmenovanými vsi.
