Král Přemysl Otakar směňuje s louckým klášterem patronátní právo kostela v Prosiměřicích, pozemky v Zadovanech a desátky z vinic u Znojma za klášterní zboží Kulchov bez vsi Újezdce s několika dvorci, aby získal městiště pro založení města Znojma.
