Jan, král český a polský, potvrzuje Jindřichovi z Lipé, hejtmanu moravskému, statky a městečko Humpolec, které mu prodal Oldřich, mistr řádu křižovníků špitálu u paty pražského mostu.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae et Poloniae, bona et oppidum Humpolec ab Ulrico, magistro ordinis cruciferorum hospitalis in pede pontis Pragensis, Henrico de Lipá, capitaneo Moraviae, vendita confirmat.
