1325 květen 1, Praha (Praga)
Jan, král český a polský, potvrzuje směnu statků, podle níž Jindřich z Lipé, hejtman moravský, bude držet dědičně statky v Batelově a Pelhřim Pranker lénem statky v Martinicích [?].Iohannes, rex Bohemiae et Poloniae, permutationem bonorum confirmat, secundum quam Henricus de Lipá, capitaneus Moraviae, bona in Batelov iure hereditario et Peregrinus Pranker bona in Martinice [?] iure feodali possidebunt.
