1375 leden 17, Wittenberg (Wittenberg)
Václav, říšský arcimaršálek a vévoda saský, slibuje, že jako kurfiřt bude volit Václava, krále českého, markrabího braniborského a vévodu slezského, syna Karla, římského císaře a krále českého, za římského krále.Wenzel, Reichserzmarschall und Herzog von Sachsen, gelobt, dass er als Kurfürst, Wenzel, den König von Böhmen, Markgrafen von Brandenburg und Herzog von Schlesien, den Sohn Karls, des römischen Kaisers und Königs von Böhmen, zum römischen König wählen wird.
