1329 březen 29, Plock (Plocensis civitas)
Václav, kníže mazovský a pán plocký, vyznává, že přijal Mazovsko a plocké panství lénem od Jana, krále českého a polského.Venceslaus, dux Mazoviensis et dominus Plocensis, recognoscit se terram Mazoviensem et dominium Plocense a Iohanne, rege Bohemiae et Poloniae, in feudum recepisse.
