Milota Kravařský z Tvorkova [Tworkow] prohlašuje, že Václav, král římský a český, zastavil jemu a jeho dědicům, po smrti Marie Dražické, vdovy po panu Choustníkovi, za 1000 kop grošů městečko Městec Králové. Král může zástavu vyplatit za 600 kop, jeho nástupci, čeští králové, však za celou zástavní částku.Milota Kravařský de Tvorkov [Tworkow] recognoscit Venceslaum, Romanorum et Bohemiae regem, sibi suisque heredibus post obitum Mariae Dražická, domini Choustník relictae, oppidum Městec Králové pro 1000 sexagenis grossorum obligavisse. Rex ipse praefatam obligationem 600 sexagenis, successores autem eius, reges Bohemiae, tota summa 1000 sexagenarum recuperare poterunt.Source Regest:
