Papež Kliment IV. dovoluje Přemyslu Otakarovi II., králi českému, aby volně nakládal s územím, které odňal Litvanům nebo jiným nevěřícím.Clemens IV. papa Přemyslo Otakaro II., regi Bohemiae, indulget, ut de terris, quas de manibus Litvanorum vel aliorum infidelium eripuerit, libere disponere valeat.
