1345 srpen 9, Vratislav (Vratislavia)
Ludvík, kníže slezský a pán lehnický, přijímá město Lehnici a zemi lehnickou, kterou obdržel při dělení se svým bratrem Václavem, od Jana, krále českého, jako léno.Ludovicus, dux Silesiae et dominus Legnicensis, civitatem et terram Legnicensem, quam per divisionem inter se et Venceslaum, fratrem suum, recepit, a Iohanne, rege Bohemiae, in feudum suscipit.
