Hynek ze Žleb vyznává, že přijal od Jana, krále českého, svůj hrad Poděbrady s vyjmenovanými vesnicemi a dvory v dědičné léno podle německého práva.Hynco de Žleby recognoscit se castrum suum Poděbrady cum villis et curiis nominatis a Iohanne, rege Bohemiae, in feudum hereditarium iure Teutonico suscepisse.
