Papež Kliment VI. na žádost Karla, markraběte moravského a prvorozeného syna českého krále Jana, zakazuje pod trestem exkomunikace zcizit nebo zastavovat nově zhotovenou korunu svatováclavskou.Clemens papa VI. a Karolo, marchione Moraviae ac Iohannis, regis Bohemiae, primogenito, petitus sub poena excomunicationis prohibet, ne diadema s. Venceslai de novo factum alienetur ac oppignoretur.
