Papež Honorius IV. napomíná české pány, aby usilovali o to, co prospívá Václavovi II., králi českému, jeho království a zemím.Honorius IV. papa comites, barones, magnates ac nobiles regni Bohemiae hortatur, ut ad ea, quae prosperum statum Venceslai II., regis Bohemiae, eiusque regni ac terrarum respiciant, intendant.
