Karel, král římský a český, prohlašuje z moci římské královské hodnosti, že biskupství olomoucké, Markrabství moravské a knížectví opavské, léna krále a koruny Českého království, patří podle lenního práva pod soudní pravomoc a přímé panství téhož krále a koruny.Karolus, rex Romanorum et Bohemiae, episcopatum Olomucensem, marchionatum Moraviae et ducatum Opaviae, feuda regum et coronae regni Bohemiae, ad iurisdictionem et directum dominium eiusdem regis et coronae iure feudali spectare Romana regia potestate declarat.
