1352 leden 13, Praha (Praga)
Arnošt, arcibiskup pražský, a Bušek z Velhartic, mistr královské komory, rozhodčí ve sporu mezi Karlem, králem římským a králem českým, a Hynkem Berkou z Dubé, ustanovují, aby Karel podržel za 300 kop gr. praž. vyplacených Hynkovi městečko Mšeno.Arnestus, archiepiscopus Pragensis, et Busco de Velhartice, magister camerae regiae, arbitri causae, quae inter Karolum, Romanorum et Bohemiae regem, ac Hynconem Berka de Duba vertebatur, dicunt, ut Karolus pro 300 sex. gr. Prag. Hynconi exsolutis oppidum Mšeno teneat.
