Přibyslav a Drslav, bratři z Šelmberka, seděním na Templštejně, zastavují kostelu v Jamolicích a jeho správci, který jim půjčil pět hřiven morav. gr., půl hřivny ročního platu na polovině lánu tamtéž, vyhradivše si právo plat do dvou let vykoupit.Pribislaus et Drslaus, fratres de Šelmberk, residentes in Templštejn, ecclesiae in Jamolice eiusque rectori, qui ipsis quinque marcas gr.
