Veřejný notář Gunther, syn někdy Konráda Toklera z Bambergu, dosvědčuje, že Fridrich, biskup řezenský, veřejně vyhlásil podmínky směny hradu Donaustauf [vide AČK 479].Guntherus, filius quondam Konradi Tokler de Bamberg, publicus imperiali auctoritate notarius, testificatur, quod Fridericus, episcopus Ratisponensis conditiones permutationis castri Donaustauf publice proposuit [vide AČK 479].
