Abstract
1355 září 24, Vratislav (Wratislavia - Wroclaw)
Probošt a kapitula vratislavská vyznávají s odvoláním na inserované listiny Přeslava, biskupa vratislavského a kapituly tamtéž z 23. listopadu 1344 [viz AČK 270] a z 1. července 1342 [viz AČK 250], že městečko Hrádek [Gródkow] je českým lénem a čeští králové jsou patrony kostela ve Vratislavi.Praepositus et capitulum ecclesiae Wratislaviensis recognoscunt cum revocatione ad litteras insertas Przeslai episcopi Wratislaviensis die 23. nov. 1344 datas [vide AČK 270] et capitulae ibidem die 1. jul. 1342 datas [vide AČK 250] oppidum Grodcovium feudum regni Bohemiae nec non reges Bohemiae veros patronos ecclesiae Wratislaviensis esse.
