Půta z Frýdlantu, syn někdy Hynka z Dubé, vyznává, že mu Jan, král český a polský, zastavil hrad Veliš a město Jičín.Potho dictus de Fridlandia, filius quondam Hynconis de Dubá, recognoscit Iohannem, regem Bohemiae et Poloniae, castrum Veliš et civitatem Giczinam ipsi obligavisse.
