1319 srpen 31, Praha (Praga)
Jan, král český a polský, slibuje obyvatelům Budyšínska, že nezcizí jejich zemi, zvláště města Budyšín, Kamenec a Lubno, a potvrzuje jim všechna práva.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae et Poloniae, incolis terrae Budissinensis promittit se ipsorum terram, praecipue autem Budissam, Camentiam ac Luboviam civitates alienare nolle nec non eorum iura confirmat.
