Jindřich, kníže slezský a pán javorský a fürstenberský, postupuje Janovi, králi českému a polskému, a jeho nástupcům všechna práva v Lužici, Lebušsku, Budyšínsku a v městě Frankfurtu nad Odrou.Henricus, dux Silesiae ac dominus lavoriensis et Furstenbergensis, Iohanni, regi Bohemiae et Poloniae, successoribusque eius omnia iura in terris Lusatiae, Lubucensi, Budissinensi ac in civitate Francofurto ad Oderam resignat.
