Jan, král český a polský, daruje Jindřichovi z Lipé, nejvyššímu maršálkovi Království českého, dědičně polovinu výnosů z dolů na Střední hůrce u Německého [Havlíčkova] Brodu a z mincovny v tomto městě.Iohannes, rex Bohemiae et Poloniae, Henrico de Lipá, summo marschalco regni Bohemiae, mediam partem proventuum montanorum in Mittelberg circa Brodam Theutonicalem et monetae in hac civitate iure hereditario donat.
