    Ist die von einer Hand aus dem 15. Jahrhunderte auf Papier gefertigte Abschrift einer Urkunde K. Wenzel IV. vorhanden, welche wörtlich mit der Urkunde desselben Königs ddo. Kuttenberg, 22. October, 1401 (N. CXXXVII) übereinstimmt bis zu der Stelle ,praesentium vigore concedimus tueri, gubernare‘ und dann abweichend, fortsetzt: ,gubernare - ipse et successores eius secundum tenorem litterarum quam (sic, quas) habent a praedecessoribus nostris regibus Boemiae, sicut in litteris eorum super hoc confectis lucidius et latius continetur. Datum Pragae in die S. Procopii, anno ab incarnatione domini M°CCCC XII°, regnorum nostrorum Bohemiae quinquagesimo, Romanorum XXXVII.'
