Ego Conradus de Petrowicz burgravius in Crumlow notum facio generaliter universis per praesentia, qui ea conspexerint sew legendo audiverint, quod cum una vice cum presbytero Leonhardo tunc temporis abbate ad Sanctam Coronam iter accepissem (sic, arripuissem) versus generosum dominum dominum Johannem de Rabenstayn praepositum Wissigradensem, ibidem peregi mentionem, quod bona monasterii Sanctae Coronae magnae sint utilitatis et fructus. Ille autem respondit, quia (sic, quod) non esset condecens tanta bona ad aliquod monasterium pertinere et quod exinde multa eveniunt mala. Idem referebat, quod si dominus meus generosus attemptare vellet, hoc posset effectualiter deducere, quin talia bona praetacti monasterii dominus papa sibi hereditarie tribueret, et quod dominus meus praefatus cum talibus bonis tamquam suis propriis secundum suum peragere possit libitum. Et ego memoratus Conradus praedicto presbytero Leonhardo in faciem hoc fari volo coram omni viventi homine, ubi opportunum fuerit. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum meum proprium praesentibus subappensi. Datum ex Crumlaw feria 4ta post festum sancti Francisci, anno etc. LXXIIo .
