Nos Benesius de Michelsperch1 tenore praesentis scripti notum esse volumus hominibus quibuscunque praesentibus et futuris, quod gratiam libertatis, quam piae recordationis dominus Johannes karissimus genitor noster monasterio Sanctae Coronae quondam concesserat, quae etiam datis ab eo litteris nobis ostendebatur, ut videlicet vina et alia quaeque pro usu ipsius monasterii Sanctae Coronae ac eius grangiarum per bona ac possessiones nostras in Wellessing deducerent ac veherent, sine theloneo sive můta ad preces dilecti conpatris nostri domini Theoderici venerabilis abbatis praedicti monasterii Sanctae Coronae de mera animi nostri liberalitate ampliori favore renovavimus et confirmavimus perpetuis temporibus duraturam, volentes omnimodis ut nullus in praedictis possessionibus nostris de Wellesing thelonearius sive iudex de hiis, quae transvehunt et deducunt, theloneum sive můtam ab eis ullo modo exigat aut requirat. Et super hoc anno domini Mo CCCo VIo die quarto ante festum beati Johannis baptistae in castello nostro Wellessing domino Theoderico abbati et conventui Sanctae Coronae praesentes litteras nostro sigillo tradidimus evidentius sigillatas.
