Nos Paulus miseratione divina ordinis Cisterciensis abbas Altivadensis monasterii, Nicolaus de Crumplow decretorum doctor archidyaconus Bechinensis in ecclesia Pragensi et plebanus in Crumpnaw, Wenceslaus de Sswamberg, Andreas de Duba, barones inclyti regni Boemiae, Johannes Rus de Czemin et Zacharias de Nemyssl1 praesentibus publice recognoscimus et profitemur, quod cum magnificus et generosus dominus dominus Johannes de Rosennberg capitaneus Slesiae etc. specialibus votivis nos accersurus censiuit precibus, quatenus omnes et singuli et singulariter omnes sua personali praesentia in et ad castrum habitationis ipsius Crumpnaw adeundi dare velimus operam efficacem, nobis itaque in eodem Castro Crumpnaw constitutis literam confirmationis illustrissimi principis et domini domini Johannis, Boemiae et Poloniae regis etc. literarum duarum regis Ottakari, quarum prima est super donatione castri Sokolczij et fortalitii Przienicze domino Wokoni de Rozmberg et suis successoribus; nec non super constitutione eosdem (sic, eorundem) et creatione post regem primos et supremos iustitiarios et purgravios, iudicesque terrae, etiam super aurifodinas, argenti, cupri vel ferri aut cuiuscunque metalli in bonis ipsorum hereditariis, nec non ut eis possint comparare omagia et vasellos, et etiam quomodo iurare debeant; secunda vero litera est super tuitione et defensione monasterii et bonorum Sanctae Coronae quomodolibet hereditarie possidendi, etiam ut rex nulli homini debeat aut possit dictum monasterium alicui alteri comittere, nec non super venatione in iamdictis bonis; quam quidem literam sanam et integram, non rasam aut cancellatam, nec in aliqua sui parte suspectam, sed omni prorsus vitio ac suspicione carentem solertissime comperimus esse directam, cuius quidem literae tenor de verbo ad verbum per omnia sequitur et est talis. Nos itaque Paulus abbas, Nicolaus de Crumpnaw, Venceslaus de Sswamberg, Andreas de Duba barones, Johannes Rus et Zacharias, omnes et singuli suprascripti probe expressam et clarius de verbo ad verbum descriptam literam sicut praemittitur, in forma visam, perlectam, auditam et diligenter auscultatam, ad vota dicti domini Johannis de Rosennberg et ad beneplacitum speciale hanc literam vidimus, non per errorem aut improvide, sed animo deliberato, et de certa nostrum omnium scientia conficere decrevimus et conficimus per praesentes. In cuius rei testimonium perpetuo firmius valiturum sigilla nostra propria cum pleno scitu et voluntate duximus appendenda. Datum in castro Crumpnaw, anno a nativitate domini Mo CCCCo LXo, ipso die sancti Valentini.
