Veřejný notář Mikuláš Simonellův z Perusie ověřuje opis listiny papeže Urbana IV. z 24.3.1262 a výňatek z listiny Klimenta IV. o udělení odpustků dobrodincům, kteří dali almužnu v kostelích křižovníků Božího hrobu.
