Ego Hrocho de Marssowicz1 residens in Poressin recognosco tenore praesentium universis, me centum et viginti sexagenas grossoruni Pragensium recepisse ab honorabilibus et religiosis viris dominis Adam abbate et conventu monasterii Sanctae Coronae pecunia in parata occasione villae et curiae in Rowneho, quam a Johanne Borowczone eiusque conthorale Margaretha exemerunt, de quibus quidem centum et viginti sexagenis grossorum ipsos dominos Adam abbatem et conventum monasterii Sanctae Coronae praescripti praesentibus perpetue quittos, liberos dico penitus et solutos. In cuius rei recognitionem sigillum meum Hrochonis suprascripti proprium, in testimonium vero sigilla filiorum meorum Johannis et Hrochonis sunt ad preces meas praesentibus appensa. Datum in Poressin anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo decimo, in dominica ,Quasimodo geniti‘.
