Zdeněk von Sternberg Oberstburggraf zu Prag bekennt, dem ehemaligen Abte Leonhart von Goldenkron dessen Entweichen aus Nepomuk nebst anderen ungeziemenden Dingen nur auf Bitten Herrn Johanns von Rosenberg nachgesehen zu haben.

    Sdenko de Sternberg serenissimi Hungariae, Bohemiae etc. supremus capitaneus omnium terrarum regni Bohemiae in suae regiae maiestatis loco ac supremus burgravius Pragensis notum facimus universis et singulis praesentia inspecturis, quod religiosus frater Leonardus quondam monasterii Sanctae Coronae abbas in monasterio nostro Nepomuk nuncupato ante tempora abbas et senior fuit, unde absque scitu, consensu meo (sic, nostro) et voluntate non ut talem praelatum decuit, tacite aufugit, plura nempe inconvenientia de eodem scribenda essent in eodem monasterio nostro perpetrata. Quae omnia ad instantiam precum magnifici domini domini Johannis de Rosenberg supremi camerarii regni Bohemiae amici nostri dilecti sibi per nos sunt dimissa et omnino indulta. Ad cuius rei evidens testimonium praesentes nostro sigillo iussimus comuniri. Datum in Viridi monte, decima mensis Octobris anno domini etc. LXXII.
