Nos Thomas abbas monasterii Altivadensis ordinis Cisterciensis Pragensis diocesis tenore praesentium universis et singulis recognoscimus et profitemur, quod venerabilis in Christo pater et dominus dominus Conradus abbas Sanctae Coronae ad praesentiam nostram veniens, habens et tenens duas litteras in pargameno suae electionis et absolutionis a professione, maiorem cum tribus sigillis, minorem cum uno sigillo pendentibus et easdem in praesentia nostra in medium et coram produxit, quarum quidem litterarum effectus et tenores de verbo ad verbum sequuntur et sunt tales: (Folgt der Wortlaut oben bezeichneter Urkunden.) Visis itaque eisdem litteris, salvis, integris, non cancellatis nec rasis, sed inviolatis et per nos diligenter perlectis et auscultatis, petiit dictus venerabilis pater et dominus dominus abbas Sanctae Coronae instanter, instantius, instantissime, sibi per nos earundem litterarum vidimus et transscriptum fieri. Nos eius precibus victi ipsas litteras sic de verbo ad verbum nichil in eisdem addicientes neque minuentes, quod sensum variare videtur aut mutare intellectum, per omnia inscribere, sollicite collationari et in hanc litteram ,Vidimus‘ redigere fecimus, addicientes insuper et decernentes, ut ipsa littera ,Vidimus‘ eandem vim, ubicunque totiens et quotiens oportunum fuerit, habeat et habere debeat cew litterae originales. In cuius rei testimonium praesentes litteras fieri, sigillique nostri pendentis robore iussimus communiri. Datum et actum in monasterio nostro Altivadensi decimo octavo die mensis Octobris, anni domini millesimi quadringentesimi octogesimi primi. Testes huius rei sunt venerabilis pater frater Jacobus prior, frater Thomas cellerarius dicti monasterii, dominus Nicolaus plebanus in Altovado et dominus Martinus pannificis de Rosenberg Wiennensis bonarum artium liberalium baccalaureus, tunc temporis divinorum cooperator eiusdem opidi, specialiter ad praemissa vocati et petiti.
