Marie Terezie, císařovna římská, královna uherská a česká, povoluje opatu plaského kláštera Fortunátu Hartmannovi zakoupit pro klášter v dražbě za přiměřenou cenu statek Bělá odhadnutý na 74 832 zlatých.
