Veřejný notář Jan, syn někdy Hanuše z Teplé, pořizuje k žádosti chebského radního Michala Püchelpergera opis listin na udělení léna Selb Konrádovi a Mikuláši Forstrovi. Inserovány listiny: 1) Jana Lucemburského z 13.12.1340 (Lucemburk);2) Jana Lucemburského z 25.11.1341 (Znojmo);3) Jana Lucemburského z 8.2.1342 (Praha);4) Karla IV. z 10.5.1357.
