8. leden 1428, (Kewin)
Zikmund, císař římský a král uherský a český, jako český král a lenní pán, dává svůj souhlas k tomu, že Jindřich, purkrabí míšeňský a pán v Plauen (Plawen), zastavil Erskingerovi ze Seinsheimu (Sawnssheim) na Schwarzenbergu (Swarczenberg) zámek a panství Bečov (Beczaw).
