7. duben 1295, Údlice (Vdelicz)
Bratři Fridrich a Dětřich řečení ze Šumburka (Schonenburck) prodávají bratřím špitálu Panny Marie řádu německých rytířů v Chomutově (Chomotow) ves Otvice (Otwicz) k věčnému vlastnictví, zříkajíce se všech nároků na ni. Hranice vsi obešel na pokyn českého krále Albert ze Seeberka (Seberch) v přítomnosti jmenovaných svědků.
